Think boutique shopping (including a private visit to Mrs Lang), a rosette making worshop, delicious dining, early morning swims, and yoga to reset with the brilliant Sharon Jackson @grownandforaged You’ll arrive Friday afternoon and leave Sunday, so you’ll have a full 48 hours to soak up the best of Deal.
This carefully curated weekend includes a fantastic ‘Wrapped in Colour’ workshop with Lisa, where you get to choose and keep a kantha scarf you feel drawn to, explore colour in a simple intuitive way and be guided through a calming LT ritual you can take home with you. This is a creative feel good colour experience to reconnect with yourself which will leave you feeling energised, grounded and ready to take on your daily routine.

A Sample Itinerary
Friday
- Arrive in Deal by 3pm for welcome drinks
- Visit Mrs Lang for private shopping and rosette making workshop
- Supper at a gastro pub
Saturday
- Early beach yoga with Sharon Jackson (please bring a mat if you have one)
- Breakfast at the house
- Walk down Deal high street and visit the farmers market for coffee and chats
- Lunch back at the house
- Wrapped in Colour workshop hosted by Lisa T
- Taxi at 6pm to a sensational venue for drinks and supper

- Early beach yoga and breakfast
- Goodbyes and checkout
